KYC Data
For Level 3 (Green) engagements, we process identity verification data. KYC records are handled confidentially and may be disclosed only when required by valid legal process.
Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with infrastructure and service providers under confidentiality obligations, and with competent authorities when legally required.
Retention
We retain records for engagement operations, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Retention duration varies by contract and legal obligation; records are deleted or minimized when no longer required.

Clearance Labs operates as a Netherlands entity (Dutch BV). Data may be processed across providers and jurisdictions used to deliver audit services.
