Scope and Purpose
Clearance Labs provides security audit services across frontend, backend, smart contracts, and full-stack systems. This website is informational and does not replace the signed engagement agreement governing each audit.
No Security Guarantee
Audits are best-effort reviews of specific code versions at a point in time. No audit guarantees the absence of vulnerabilities, future exploits, or runtime and ecosystem risks.
Scope Limitation and Stamp Validity
Coverage is limited to code, commit hash, and configuration documented in the final report. Post-audit modifications, upgrades, migrations, or redeployments void certification status unless re-audited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clearance Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages. If liability is established, cumulative liability is capped at the fee paid for the specific engagement.
No Financial or Legal Advice
Audit outputs and certification stamps are technical security assessments only and are not investment, legal, regulatory, or financial advice.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clearance Labs from third-party claims arising from project operations, misrepresentation of audit scope or findings, or omitted material information during engagement.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms and related engagements are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Amsterdam, Netherlands, in English, under Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI) rules.
